The CASCADES CASINO COMEDY CLUB is the place to laugh away the glorious summer every sultry Thursday night in The Theatre at the Cascades Casino in Langley. The June line-up kicks off on Thursday, June 5th with TIM RYKERT and his hilarious Toronto outlook on Western life.

The series is hosted by Vancouver native JOHN BEUHLER who is known for winning the Home Grown Comedy Competition, making waves at the Seattle International Comedy Competition and performing at Just For Laughs and a couple of acclaimed stand-up specials on national television. Also, according to his website, he may have eaten a whole light bulb… once.

Thursday, June 5th: TIM RYKERT

Toronto’s loss is our gain as the mountains and the ocean have beckoned this Easterner to our shores. TIM RYKERT offers his Toronto perspective on all things BC. Recently returning from a full US tour opening for Michael Buble, Tim has thankfully cooled his heels in town for a while and we’ve got him.

Thursday, June 12th: JOE VESPAZIANI

JOE VESPAZIANI’s achievements include the release of his CD: Ribbed 4 Your Pleasure, winning the 1998 Seattle International Stand-Up Comedy Competition, appearing on the television show Almost Live and opening for Weird Al Yankovic. A smart, conversational style makes him a favourite among comedy fans and peers.

Thursday, June 19th: HERB DIXON

This master of sound effects stretches the limits of stand up comedy with his spot on recreations of all things noisy. Known all over the US and Canada as ‘The Harley Guy,’ HERB DIXON is a huge draw whether he’s playing for ten or ten thousand. Don’t miss this show.

Thursday, June 26th: KERMET APIO

This native of Hawaii has appeared on Star Search, Evening at the Improv, NBC’s Comedy Showcase and many more. This proud father of two is known for his hilarious slant on families, relationships and life in general. A true prince on stage and off he just might ask you to “Pass the poi, Mahalo”

The Theatre @ Cascades Casino and LIVENIGHTS present THE CASCADES CASINO COMEDY CLUB hosted by JOHN BEUHLER every Thursday night, continuing on Thursday, June 5th with the wry and hilarious Toronto viewpoints of new BC resident TIM RYKERT.
